Course Overview
The PG course unfolds over 2 semesters, with three key strands- Performance, Creation, and Dramaturgy
1st Semester
27 Weeks
01
The 1st semester (27 weeks) is dedicated to immersing you in the mastery of performance creation. Through one-on-one training, students focus on refining their body and voice conditioning while closely collaborating with industry-wide theatre artists and practitioners. This marks the beginning of their journey at DSM.
Students are offered a chance to present original works during Madhyantar – a performance showcase that reflects their learning journeys till this point.
2nd Semester
20 Weeks
02
The 2nd semester (20 weeks) lets students transition into a more independent role, driving their own learning with robust faculty support whenever needed.
As the course culminates into Aadyant – where students gradually construct a complete performance for their final showcase, they emerge fully equipped to take on responsibilities and embark on their individual journeys as theatre-makers.

DSM provides merit and need-based scholarships for those committed to a full-time education in Acting and Theatre. Last year, over 80% of students received financial aid based on their personal circumstances.
